We have all been following the saga of the Hines brothers…the imposters who have been photographed marching in at least one ANZAC day march with a chestful of medals. Now we are delighted to say that they have been exposed for the imposters they are.
The article at this website ANZMI (click on this link) finally exposes them. Their claims to having participated in so many theatres of war are so improbable that if they are to be believed they are the biggest heroes of all time. How they have managed to be at the scene of so many war scenes is beyond belief. Not even John Wayne fought in so many battles.
These brothers have gone to extraordinary lengths to pass themselves off as military heroes. What a shame their talents have been so wasted.

There must be MATES TAT YOU SERVED WITH OVERSEAS that may have PHOTO"S with You IN that could PROVE to the AUTHORITIES.
I have found that in the PAST the RSL did NOT WANT TO KNOW ME OR HELP ME when i returned from Vietnam. I went into a RSL SUB BRANCH at Gaythorne ( I can still remember the Incident. I had just from Vietnam and called in on my father who served in The ISLANDS in World WAR 2. I was so PROUD of THE SERVICE that i had done for MY COUNTRY and invited my Father to the RSL for a couple of Drinks.
On entering My Father went to the WC and i walked up to the Bar and ordered 2 POTS. The Old Chap who was sitting at the Bar next to where i was said. "What are you doing in here SONNY" and i said that i had just returned from Vietnam a few days ago. He said in return " OH ONE OF THEM BABY KILLERS". I Put the 2 BEERS DOWN ON THE BAR as BOY was i Bloody ANGRY P/strong>
and now plan to START MY LIFE OVER FROM AFRESH as from Last Week.
Believe in yourself and GOD
Yours Faithfully

Sorry to disillusion you vvboss, but I have been trying to get DVA and the Dept of Defence to do something about a wannabee Korea Veteran who never set foot in Korea. I have all his records, his AB 103 Record of service which shows he never left Japan during the seven months he spent there, together with many other documents to support my statements. ANZMI had him exposed in the Melbourne AGE and the other Melbourne newspaper but to no avail. Defence cannot produce one single document to show this individual served in Korea in any way, but still they allow him to parade around wearing all the medals of a Korea War Veteran plus a few more “tin medals” Their excuse? “There must have been evidence of his service available at the time which is now, no longer available” How pathetic is that? A department noted for its paperwork cannot come up with one singe official document, either from his unit in Japan, or any unit in Korea to show that he was ever “posted” to a unit in Korea. A liar and a cheat, he was issued with the Korea War medal, upon his discharge, four years after he came back to Australia, despite the fact that his unit in Japan signalled CARO that the member had “no service in Korea on his record at this office” As a member of the ARA he would have been issued with those medals when he returned to Australia, in Feb 1952, but they refused, because he was never there, until he produced a letter saying he was an air courier. That letter is a nonsense. And the department know that. Somebody made a bad mistake, and now they are covering up. A pack of liars, lacking any integrity whatsoever, waiting for we Korea Veterans to die off and leave their blunder covered up. They were challenged in parliament by Senator Ronaldson when in opposition, and the parliamentary Secretary for Defence could not produce anything to explain why these medals were issued to this disgusting creature.
He should be burned “Inwood”

Don’t give up mate. Keep talking to the DVA. It’s their job to do the right thing by our boys. However, I urge you to publicize the ANZMI findings on the internet everywhere. I published Cerminara’s report on Facebook and it spread like wildfire. We haven’t heard of him since. So Social Media does work.
Why is it that those who have done nothing of significance when it comes to their Military Service are the very same ones who are quick to make false claims to bolster their service, and purchase “tin Medals” to try to substantiate what they claim. A case in point is the false hero from South Australia who is organizing a 50th Anniversary function for the leaving of HMAS Sydney and its departure to Malaysia, the very same person has claimed to have served in South Vietnam with the AATTV his own email is proof. He never served in South Vietnam and was never a member of the AATTV, what is even more disappointing is that people turn a blind eye because this fool is prepared to organize events because others will not. When his false claim was brought to the attention of the RSL, what happened????absolutely NOTHING.
