could you please tell me how you conduct your AGM in regards to voting in the various office bearers. I am interested to know whether or not you mail out ballot papers or nomination forms etc.
we have an AGM coming up and am concerned that members who live a long way from our immediate area do not get a voice simply because they don’t know the AGM is on so therefore don’t know who has nominated for what.
also do you have a returning officer.

    1. Hi, we include a nomination form with our ricochet newsletter in December and there are forms at our drop in centre. There would be no reason why we could not attach a copy when we send out our Headsup and we would if requested. nominations have to be returned to the secretary at least 14 days prior to the AGM
