I KNOW THE FACE….CAN’T REMEMBER THE NAME
As ANZAC Day approaches I would like to offer a serious suggestion to all marching veterans … please wear a name tag on ANZAC Day.
I think all of you may have experience the same as me … you recognise a face but you just cannot put a name to that person or you don’t recognise the face but they sure know you! Wearing a name tag helps so much with the enjoyment of the day.
If you don’t have a name tag you have time to organise one … most shopping centres have someone who engraves items they also make badges, so to do trophy shops etc. They are not expensive so please organise one and help out your mates whose memories aren’t as good as they use to be.
Please!
