Heart attacks can be prevented. We all know that. But not many of us know about this useful tip.
A mate of mine was scheduled to have a by-pass operation and a booking was made for a year after he was diagnosed (thanks to our wonderful government for such fast service).
Then he heard about a simple, natural remedy and decided to try it. It’s easy to make:
1 x cup squeezed lemon juice
1 x cup garlic juice
1 x cup ginger juice
1 x cup apple cider vinegar
Mix all of the above and simmer on low for 1 hour, or until the liquid is reduced to a slightly thick consistency. It will go a dark green colour.
Add 1 cup of honey and store in the fridge.
Drink 1 tablespoon before breakfast each day.
When my mate returned see the doctor to arrange final details for the operation the doctor examined him and found that his veins were cleared and he was in no danger of a heart attack.
I can’t guarantee this, but looking at the ingredients I am sure they would clear out blocked drains, so why not veins?
